What Jev does here

When experimental AI is enabled, Jev evaluates replies missed by rules and local thresholds decide whether to hide them.

WHY IT HELPS

Applies reversible local rules first and adds model judgment only when requested.

SOURCE NOTE

Jev is disabled by default. Enabling it sends relevant replies to TypeSafe, so AI mode is not fully local processing. This site has not run it.
