Counting and comparison happen in Rust, because Jev is documented as unreliable at arithmetic. Jev receives per-number facts plus plain-English labels and answers two questions per number in one request: a yes/no probability for "drawn in the next draw" and a five-level cold-to-hot score with confidence. Module layout and commands are in `CLAUDE.md`.
