What Jev does here
Jev handles narrow grey-area decisions after deterministic rules pass obvious cases, such as whether a tool call needs review, which agent tier fits a task, or which visible browser action should run next.
Packages several concrete control-layer patterns with installers, diagnostics, evaluation fixtures and benchmark reports, giving developers implementation material beyond a single demo script.
Repository and fixed-commit evidence reviewed on 2026-09-24. Performance and cost figures in its reports are project-author measurements and have not been independently reproduced by this directory.
