How does Oh My Pi use Jev?
Oh My Pi does not use Jev to replace its coding model or Agent planner. Jev sits behind a separate Judge interface: callers provide state and typed questions, the TypeSafe backend forwards them to the System One API, and the workflow receives answers only after their types are checked.

- Send state, model, and typed questions to POST /v1/systemone.
- Defaults
- Use api.typesafe.ai and jev-latest by default, with environment overrides for both.
- Answer validation
- Require every question to receive an answer of the requested type; missing or mismatched answers become provider errors.
- Failure handling
- Apply a 10-second per-attempt timeout and retry 408, 429, and 5xx responses up to three attempts while honoring a capped Retry-After.
- Authentication
- Resolve TYPESAFE_API_KEY through Oh My Pi’s auth registry and reuse its credential-rotation behavior for 401/403 responses.
What does the integration not do?
This is a replaceable judgment lane, not a new primary Agent. Jev fits routing, filtering, scoring, and gates with predefined outputs; open-ended coding, explanation, and long-horizon planning remain generative-model work. This site reviewed the implementation at a pinned commit but did not independently run or benchmark it.
